At Saint Bernard, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance gear and apparel. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, affix it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
